[Have a Kaz wandering into the Abubot, Henry, with Roxas in tow. Both boys are quietly browsing the items, but Kaz is clearly trying to find you. Kid has questions too.]
[If he feels a little protective over Roxas, it's only because his Persona has a lot of his curiosity, and very little of his caution. But then, he likes Inquisitor Lim.]
[His grin may be a little alarming, especially when he's swinging his gaze in Roxas' direction. To Roxas' credit, the Persona only blinks and lifts his hand in a tentative wave.]
Looks legit enough... just gotta say, this is pretty amazing.
Not sure about "new", honestly. More like "groundbreaking", or "trailblazing".
[And now this one's turning away, but not without of that cant of a head that suggests that he'd very much like Kaz to follow him further into the shop.]
Nope, no one else so far. I figure some folks will start popping up with them soon enough, though.
[Lifting an eyebrow at Kaz, as the two of you are weaving through the displays, the tables.]
Personae are, in general, supposed to represent archetypes. Since stuff like video games have become a part of the grand narrative, makes sense that their characters would eventually come to life with Cards.
[Kaz nods, genuinely interested in what Henry has to say. After all, waking up with an actual video game character seemed too good to be true. But then...]
I suppose... I can't be the first, though, right? To bring a new archetype out of the Velvet Room with him, I mean.
[That has him wondering if he has been dealing with the fact of his death well. Mostly he's been living his everyday life like nothing happened, and going about his routines.
Him falling still and quiet is what you see, Henry.]
[Like it isn't a big deal at all. Or Henry might just be used to freaky shit, because Abubot.]
Cards tend to pick a part of their corpse that was particularly important to them, or symbolic of who they were. You can ask Mica or David for tips. Might ever wanna ask Inquisitor Vice.
August 5, Maybe about five minutes after your post goes up
[HE IS IN SHOCK.]
August 10th Late Afternoon

...Okay there. Wiping his hands clean on a towel, then moseying on out.]
And now I finally get to study you two.
[Heh heh heh.]

Hi. Um... Hi.

[But yeah, he's here to get Henry's professional opinion, and to go looking for an evoker, or at least learn more about them.]

Oookay... So trailblazing. Nobody's ever had a Persona straight out of a video game before? Like, ever? I mean... Jessie said as much, but still.

[Now they're heading for his office, behind a door with a sign that reads 'ONLY THE BOSS AND HIS COMPANY GO IN HERE OR YOU'RE FUCKED'.]

[Wait. What?]
Um, Igor?
no subject
[Giving you a Look, and a rueful shake of his head.]
You know full well that your Persona's only been around since the time you drew your Second Breath.
no subject
[He did, Henry, honestly. He just happens to be a little flustered right now, what with him needing an Evoker and having no idea how do even.]
no subject
[Dryly, as he's turning around and leaning back against his office desk.]
So what's on your mind? Maybe if you unload a little, you won't be so all over the place.
no subject
[The goofiness drops a little as he finds a seat.]
Roxas and I are as in-sync as we can be, but... From what I've read, no Card at my level should be without one.
no subject
[Hum. How does one do that with a case like yours?]
no subject
[He's had this on his mind for a while now.]

It's not really about the Persona. It's more about you. Personal journey, y'know, towards accepting the fact that you died but you came back.

Normal Cards re-trace the steps of their Pilgrimage in order to make an Evoker, but you never had a Pilgrimage. At least not a formal one.
no subject
Technically, Hikaru-nii walked me back though. When you say retrace, I'd have to go back to South Africa? S'where I died, after all.
no subject
[Where else could you go, really?]
Personal Evokers usually feature at least one piece of your corpse.
[Just. Putting it out there.]
deins pare, abort!
[Stunned into silence.]
lol
